Bay Floor View

The Bay Floor View is a live grid of every bay in your shop — what job is in it, who's working on it, and how far along it is.

Reading the grid

Each tile shows:

• Bay name (configured in Settings → Bays)
• Job currently assigned, with customer + vehicle
• Progress bar — percentage of quote line items completed
• Status dot — green (on track), amber (waiting on parts/approval), red (blocked)

Jumping into a job

Click any bay tile to open the job's DVI, quote, and notes directly — no need to search.

Filtering

Use the filter bar to show only bays with:

• Jobs waiting on parts
• Jobs awaiting customer approval
• A specific technician assigned

The Bay Floor View updates in real time as technicians update job status.
